Custom Face Bikini Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a custom face bikini, I acknowledge that I will email my custom photo to "custom@samebikiniforever.com" within 48 hours of my order. Please put the order # in the email subject. When choosing a photo, make sure the face is a main focal point and there are not too many other distractions. 

To save time, fabric proofs are not sent. However, one can be requested via email. Please note this may slow down production time. 

Lead time for custom face bikinis is 3-4 weeks from the time we receive your photo. 

By emailing custom@samebikiniforever my photo, I confirm that I own the rights to the photo I send. I also release liability and rights to @samebikiniforever for use in creating custom fabric and allow @samebikiniforever to use my custom fabric for website and social media purposes.
